Cancellation Policy
Dear Patients
Please note the following changes to our Policies:
- NO results will be released without a Doctor's appointment
- Cancellation of booked appointments will not be subject to cancellation fees if at least 24hrs or more prior notice is given before the appointment.
- All missed appointments will be subject to the following fees:
- All MISSED Naturopathic & Chiropractic appointments without 24hrs prior notice will be subject to a $25.00 fee
- All MISSED Massage Therapy appointments without 24hrs prior notice will be subject to the following fees:
- 30 Minute RMT Treatment:$25.00
- 45-90 Minute RMT Treatment: $40.00
- All MISSED Counsellor appointments without 24hrs prior notice will be subject to a fee of $40.00
