Dr. Georgia Kyba, ND

Dr. Georgia Kyba, NDDr. Georgia Kyba graduated with a Naturopathic Doctorate degree from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, OR. She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Victoria with majors in Psychology and Biology. She holds a BC license through the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia, CNPBC.

Dr. Kyba was born in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada, and grew up in Vancouver, BC, with her parents, two brothers and sister. Her interest in alternative medicine was instilled in her from a very young age by the compassionate and humanitarian views of her family.

Dr Kyba accomplished 4,500 hours of classroom and clinical experience during her medical internship, working at a wide variety of community clinics in Portland. During this time she strengthened her passion for helping others by working with a diverse range of populations and conditions. Dr Kyba worked in a Naturopathic Clinic as well as started her own private practice in Portland before moving back to her home town to be closer to family and friends.

Dr. Kyba specializes in women’s health, endocrinology, bio-therapeutic drainage, clinical nutrition and detoxification. She uses the following modalities of naturopathic medicine:

  • Nutritional counseling
  • Homeopathy
  • IV therapy
  • Botanicals

It is Dr. Kyba's goal to treat underlying symptoms and to help people achieve optimal health in the most natural way possible. She provides adjunct family care medicine to treat a wide range of conditions by simultaneously working with patients to improve overall health, vitality and well-being.

Dr Kyba is active in her local community and is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, CAND, the Oregon Association of Naturopathic Medicine, OANP, and the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, AANP. She is very active in aboriginal health and has been involved in various projects to promote the health and wellbeing of First Nations people.

Dr. Kyba enjoys hiking, reading, jogging, and spending time with her family.
