Christina made it her goal that she would make an impact in people’s lives, motivating and working with others to improve their health and well-being, and always striving to further her understanding in health and physical movement. With her love of continuous learning, she constantly applies old and new knowledge and techniques in practice. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Sciences Kinesiology with a Concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation from Simon Fraser University in October 2012. Soon after she attended Vancouver Career College and graduated with honors in Registered Massage Therapy in June 2016.
With her background in athletics, injury prevention, product knowledge, and rehabilitation, Christina works with her patients to meet their needs in becoming better. She and her patients will create short-term and long-term goals to achieve and restore function and prevent dysfunction.
In Christina’s spare time, you’ll find her outside running or in the gym. She loves to explore the great outdoors around British Columbia. She enjoys playing basketball and volleyball, and watching sports especially our Vancouver Canucks.
